Archicad does not work

Hello, I have a problem. When starting Archicad 25. A "caution" box appears with the words "cannot create temporary documents". And after a few seconds, the program closes itself. It does not create a new file either. Please help!

I know its in espanol but i think this could help you. it a conflict with temporary files in the USer/Graphisoft Folder...follow the vid and hopefully you can solve your issue
