Can't install

When i try to install ArchiCAD11, obtained from the Graphisoft website as a student of architecture, the file extracts correctly but when i get to the installation only some of the text is displayed. I cannot pass the Read terms and conditions section as the tickbox is not visible. I have checked Java is up to date and my laptop meets the requirements for the software. How can this problem be solved?
