Hi, my 10+ year old HP 500 has died, we are now looking for a replacement but with better quality. we are looking at either the HP T920 or the HP T1500 printers. Has anyone used these printers and what were their experience with it?

Hi James, I am in the same position as my HP Designjet 500 plus has given up the ghost. Did you go ahead with either of these machines or another option and if so how are things going?

Cheers,

We ended up purchasing the T520. It works great, no major issues with it, just wish it had a better way to collect the prints, also when the ink or paper runs out in the middle of a print job it cancels it so you have to send the job again based on where it left off. Can be annoying,

Thank you James.

I am thinking of either the T120 or T520. Loosing data seems to be a problem for both machines. (I think we were lucky with the old 500 just trucking on through after a paper change)

Do you "Plot" or "Print" with Archicad?
