Hello , I know Graphisoft has pages and emails

But all of these never respond to me over a very long period and they never would , so I think they are just there to waste people's time
and there's no local distributer here in kuwait , and if so i wouldn't know which unless Graphisoft responds
I have seen this discussed before (The impossibility to get the software license's)
but i want to know if anyone has any suggestion before moving to the one click buying software (Revit)
Even though this is great indicator of lack of support from Graphisoft which makes purchasing a license to manage important projects a bad idea

When you say nobody responds... did you actually phone the number for Kuwait and nobody answered? or just hope that an email did not go into a spam folder?
(It is strange that BIMES in Dubai lists Automated Systems in Kuwait as their partner, but Automated Systems does not list ARCHICAD as a product that they sell or support. Perhaps @Minh Nguyen can look into this for you.)

Yes mails , but lets assume that multiple mails from different emails (Edu/Personal) over a year all were considered as a spam ... (Though I didn't experience this with any large company before)
I also filled a Bimes quotation long ago to buy it using this site (Says Licenses are only available in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait ,Bahrain and Lebanon.)
still nothing
Not sure if International calls Kuwait > UAE would work either
because a US based user complained about the same issue here , with your response too
but I will try it , knowing it wont help .. Thanks

At the moment, I'm contacting the responsible Sales Manager in order to find out more about the situation. As soon as I have some news, I will let you know!
