How to uninstall AC?

I want to uininstall older versions of AC(17 and 18) to free up space on my PC.
the AC uninstaller doesn't do anything?
the windows uninstaller doesn't do anything?

Is this normal? whats the work around?

If your uninstaller is not working then I would just select the program folder and delete it.
Then empty from your recycle bin.
