Hello,
Since yesterday (15/9/25) I have not been able to download my license using the license manager tool (stuck at step 2/4). I can sign in and see that my license is available for download but when I click download I get the error "connection to server could not be established".
I am on Windows 11 using Archicad 25
Things I have tried so far.
Any help would be much appreciated

So had to delete my anti-virus. I then had to remove the license manager definition from the windows firewall. This seems to have worked.
