I am looking to buy 3 different i7 computers which the various video cards...

Intel HD Graphics 2000 (VGA,HDMI)

1 GB AMD RADEON HD 6450 (1 DP/DVI)

Integrated Video, Intel HD Graphics 2000 (1 DP & 1 VGA)

We are running ArchiCAD 10 but looking to upgrade to 14. Which is the best card?

Intel integrated is super low end; avoid integrated graphics solutions. The Radeon HD 6450 is a pretty cheap card. But, better than the other choices you list.
