Problem with sign in

Hi!

 

I have my educational licence for about a month now and i was working perfectly, but today I cannot sign in. I can only open in demo versinon. I tried clicking on sign in and nothing happens. I also opened in demo and tried signing in with help and then sign in but it open a blanck window (shown in second picture).

 

I would really appreciate any help,

Hello,

 

Thank you very much for the question and I am very sorry about the issue!

 

In some cases, the issue was caused by an outdated driver of a special integrated graphics card, Intel Iris XE GPU, which is a recent, somewhat rare discrete Intel GPU.

 

If you have this graphics card in your machine, could you please update their driver to the most recent version (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-10-windows-11-dch-driv...), and see if the issue gets resolved?
