BIMcloud Basic 2026.1 – Activate button does not open Graphisoft ID activation

Hi everyone,

I’m using BIMcloud Basic 2026.1 on Windows 10. In BIMcloud Manager, I see “Activate your BIMcloud Basic”, but when I click Activate, nothing happens and the Graphisoft ID activation page does not open.

I have already tested this on 3 different computers and browsers, with the same result.

The BIMcloud itself works correctly. The problem is only with the activation process.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with BIMcloud Basic 2026.1? Is there a direct activation URL or another workaround?
