Problems with network WIBU!

Hi!

I encountered a problem while installing my WIBU key into our new server.

The WIBU is running under VMWare and in Windows 2003 Server environment. I get a connection from my workstation to my server and the WIBUKEY server software responds. Although the WIBU kicks me out and returns error 5050038 to my workstation.

Any ideas?

I used to run AC10 but have recently worked in AC11. As far as I know my WIBU is upgraded as far as AC12. Is there any way to check which version it is able to run?

I live in Sweden and uses the localized version btw.

Update!

When trying to log on externally (www) i receive error code 1050017.

you can check the current license on your WIBU key here:

505**** (Net key problem)
Description: Wrong localization content in the NET key.
Check the key content.

This would indicate that the key is either the wrong ArchiCAD version, or the wrong localization version. ie. you are running the Swedish version of AC, but the key is for a different region.
Either way, checking the content on the link provided above should help clarify this.
