Purchasing ArchiCAD

I been using a student version of ArchiCAD for many years, and with the latest Mac update the PDF function stopped working and crashes the software.
I have tried to update ArchiCAD, but the license becomes invalid. So I am considering purchasing a full version.

I have found a website selling for $209, is that legit or it isn't???

Is the subscription version for $92 a month a full version or should I spent $6000 for a full version (I only do 3-4 private work a year, so don't see that as a justified cost)

What are my best options?

Those 200 dollar web versions are pirated copies for sure.
ArchiCAD is sold only through the distributor/reseller network.
