License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

!Restored: Tiger problems

But fixable...

Doing an archive install I had to reinstall the willybo key driver.

Opening a file had all text as some typewriter font. The system did not keep the font I was using (Mr.Hand) so I had to reinstall that... and reopen AC.

We upgraded to Tiger on two machines to test, a G4 laptop with an additional 20" monitor, and a new single processor G5 and 23" monitor. Since upgrading to Tiger, we have noticed two glitches on both machines:

In 3D in OpenGL, when selecting an element, or rotating the model, the model "flinches" and shows a partial rendered model for a second.

In the floor plan as well as the elevation window, when printing the marquee area only, the scale is correct on the printed image but the information outside the marquee prints as well.

We downloaded and installed the latest version of ArchiCAD but no change.

Anyone else experience this?

I get the "flinching" (excellent adjective!) on my G5 with 30" display. Didn't bother me until you noticed, too. Think it is a flash of the old model view before rebuilding.... sort of like an old race horse flashing back on past defeats as it comes out of the gate.

No problem with marquee printing.

Sorry to make you notice something that will bother you now as it bothers me...

Good analogy with the race horse...as long as it wins the rendering race
