Setup doesn't work

Hi folks.

I'm trying to install the AC 14 EDU in two laptops. But, simply, the instalation file doesn't open after the extraction.

Does exist any way to resolve that? Is it necessary install some software that is missing (such as Java, QuickTime?). I'm tried to do this but doesn't work too.

Unfortunately, these two laptops is of the same person. And one is different than the other.
