If you're getting an 'Upgrade Not Authorized' message, this means that the pin# has not yet been attached to the key.
What I would need from you in this case is your Serial#(s) (the number on the outside of your Pin Letter) that you are having problems with. i will then check with Order Admin and verify/have your pin# attached.
