I am trying to log in to the license manager tool to download a license from our pool but can't access the server. I get to the screen where it shows available licenses, but then I cannot download them as I get the attached error message.
I have been away in the UK for a couple of days and did connect to a hotel wifi network for a brief period, would this potentially have caused a problem or is it a server problem at the GS end ?
I am using an HP Z Book running windows 10, accessing the Graphisoft ID through Chrome.
