Hi,
Although our user has assigned licenses to company members, when they try to connect to a project via BIMCloud SaaS, they receive the message “You don’t have a BIMCloud license yet.”
When I check via the BIMCloud SaaS web interface, I see a “insufficient licenses” warning on the dashboard, but the licenses are not in use on any other device.
I tried actions such as revoking license assignments for all users and releasing the licenses from all devices, but this did not resolve the issue.
