which seem pretty new, as there are not many posts there.
VICO is a separate company from Graphisoft. While Constructor is based on ArchiCAD technology and many questions can be answered in these forums, almost none of us have copies of VICO's software, so you may be better served in their forums.
I cannot understand what you are asking for with questions (2) or (3) in any case...
