Version 10 on Mac

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have version 10 and have been using it on my PC's for years. I just bought a Mac and tried to install the software on it, but it won't work. The Mac is OS X 10.6.7. From what I can gather, 10 should work. Anyone know why this might be happening? I didn't want to have to upgrade my Archicad just yet.

Any info is appreciated.

The version delivered on disk for 10 was for the PPC chip/platform. You need to download the Mac Intel version:

http://www.graphisoft.com/products/archicad/ac13/ac10/mactel.html

After installation, run Help > Check for Updates to get the most current updates.

I believe ArchiCAD 12 was the 1st intel/Mac version. You can use that or a newer version

Actually, Karl had the correct link and 10 is now working just fine on my new Mac. Now I have to get used to using a Mac. Thanks much!

I downloaded the Version 10, but it keeps giving me a bug report and won't open. Wanted to bring old files up to date so they can be opened in 15. Any suggestions?
