archicad help

i have been using archicad for projedct with school and the other day my powerbook just stopped opening the program does any one have any suggestions?

This is too vague. Describe the problem in more detail. What have you done to try to get it to work?

I CLICK ON THE ICON IN APPLICATION FOLDER TO OPEN ARCHICAD, THE DOCK THEN BOUNCE BUT THE ARCHICAD ICON NEVER SHOW IN THE DOCK, I HAVE TRIED RPEAIRING THE PERMISSION, UNISTALLING THEN REINSTALLING THE PROGRAM, RESETING THE PREFERENCES IN THE USER LIBRARY AND THE MAC HD LIBRARY THIS SAME THENGS HAPPEN WHEN I TRIED TO OPEN POWER CAD

It begins to sound like you have a system (or hardware) problem - especially considering that it is happening with PowerCAD as well.

You should probably try some diagnostic programs like the Apple Disk Utility (included with the computer), Disk Warrior or TechTool. I assume you don't already own these (or you would have run them). If you know someone who has them you can just run the diagnostics from the CD. Otherwise the only solution may be to erase the hard drive and reinstall everything.
