archicad18 cant install addon

Hello, i reinstalled archicad 18 and i still get this error.
Has someone experienced the same issue and got it going?

I cant believe no one has answered this!! I am at my wits end as to why I am getting this same message.

Please someone help. I am running ArchiCAD v18 x64bit on Win8.1 and have tried everything, even trying to install in Safe-Mode
