hi Lee,
I've not yet updated the new macOS, because I'm afraid about some possible compatibility problems with archicad 27 and 28.
So you dont have problems and both versions work in the proper way?
best regards

Hi @carlogm ,
The only issues I have found so far, I have reported in this thread, such as not being able to select a printer for page setup but that appears to affect other apps too.
I haven't come across anything major but I haven't tested it extensively so there could be other issues. There is an update coming soon for AC27 which fixes most oft he known issues and I assume there will be an update for AC28 soon too so may be worth waiting for the official release of both of those before upgrading the macOS.
Kind regards,

Just adding to ongoing issue that is still investigated by Graphisoft and our local dealer. Licence Manager appears not to be working correctly with Sequoia after update to Preview hot fix 3.0 for AC 27. Licence returns work fine if one returns license via AC27 itself. This might only have implication for those still needing to use Licence Manager to update their licences to AC28. My case is still on hold with no ETA for resolution. Lets hope it gets resolved once next hot fix or at least official one is released.

AC27 works without issues on 15.1 Sequoia, so I can't see any reason for early adopters not to update. The license manager remains problematic, but based on notes for unreachable Hotfix 3.0 that was not fixed in that release.

@Lee Hankins and others in this thread: Have you launched AC 26 under Sequoia by any chance? Would just like to know if 26 works well enough to open and save ... since 26 is the last release that can open files from AC 16 back to AC 8.1. I don't want to upgrade to Sequoia if I don't have that conversion option.
The KB article says that 26 will start, but will get no compatibility updates (standard for only the most recent 2 versions getting updates) ... but saying it will start doesn't really tell me if it will run 😂

I think I still have 26 installed, I’ll open it tomorrow and have a play and see what happens. If you don’t hear back from me, drop me a message and I’ll look in to it.

Page Setup is working again after today's Sequoia update to 15.1. Printers are now selectable.

From what I can see from a quick play around, Archicad 26 functions fine but has the exact same issues that are listed for 27 and 28 which are now fixed by updates. I haven't come across anything show stopping but I haven't tested it extensively.

Thanks so much, Lee! Those issues aren’t showstoppers to converting old projects, so that’s great news for me…and anyone else in Sequoia with old projects that need to be migrated.

Following up on Licence manager issue. After a long wait and various going back and forth between Graphisoft and our local dealer, it has been concluded that there is no issue with it, even though it still doesn't work on my end. I hope they are correct, and it’s only an issue on my machine, and the rest of the users are not having any issues with it. I will manage without it, I guess.
