Completely uninstall AC 25 first. If you already ran the uninstaller - located inside
Applications > GRAPHISOFT > ARCHICAD 25 > Uninstall.AC
then, delete the folder
Applications > GRAPHISOFT > ARCHICAD 25
before trying to re-install
