We’re pleased to share the latest update for Public Links in BIMcloud SaaS. This release introduces new administrator controls to help organizations apply their sharing requirements more consistently.
What’s new
- Mandate link password and expiration date
BIMcloud administrators can now require Public Links to be protected with a password and/or to have an expiration date. When these requirements are enabled, users must apply them when creating new Public Links.
- List of all Public Links
BIMcloud administrators can now view and manage all Public Links in one place. The list also supports filtering, including filters to identify links that do not meet an updated security requirement.
This is the final planned release in the Public Links Early Access program. Public Links is planned to become generally available in October, when this Early Access forum will also close.
