AC13 garage door

Hi,
I'm converting an AC14 model to AC13 because of Navis (such a boring and tedious job and error prone...yikes....).
To the point. The garage door is correct in AC 14 but I can't get it right in AC13. I read about a bug in AC12 garage doors and maybe this is the same...whaddyathink?

Discovered that the garage door type in 14 is new...I can't make a proper one in 13.
