They are part of the standard Archicad library.

My library and object manager does not look like that
If I start a new project with the default template, and when I open the Manager I see a folder called ArchiCAD Library 15 in the linked category, but it does not allow me to open the folder.
Further the manager does not have the combo box yours does (Folder View) and instead has a button that says Add... and an extension button with an arrow pointing right. Clicking the button brings up the system open file dialog with a boat load of extension in the filter set.
Clicking the arrow pops up a context giving three choices to either browse, link or BIM
The folder icon has an arrow like a short cut with no expansion indicator in the tree node
Creating any roof element throws an error stating it cannot find the library part
In the US version, the RoofMaker Library 15 is inside the Object Library 15.lcf, so make sure that this library (Object Library 15) is loaded, or that the Object Library 15.lcf is inside the ArchiCAD Library 15 folder that is in your loaded libraries.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
