Archicad 13 (error code 12) disk is full

disk is full or not enough memory to create 3d data structure. (error code 12)

Archicad 13 comes up with this error when going from plan view to perspective.

can anyone help me with this problem?

I'm having exact the same problem, i.e. can't render 3D, and have to restart computer. It happens 2 or 3 times a week. Please help out.
