Anyone also having trouble loading objects from the Graphisoft BIM Portal? About half of the objects I try to download result in failure. I get the message that a "Serious Error Occurred" Latest try was the Basin Cabinet 23.
IMNOHO -- Graphisoft's quality control is the worst in the industry!!! - Very frustrating.

Others can be downloaded OK.
When I go to the website and look at the details I notice it has no license info like the other objects that do download.
Maybe that is what is stopping it?
You could e-mail ... bimcomponents@graphisoft.com
Or if it is a standard Archicad object, download version 23 if you don't have it already.

I have had a Archicad license since 17, but have long since, deleted 23. So I reinstalled 23 and created a new plan - worked OK. Then I tried to drag Basin 23 from BIM Components and the download started normally but at the end got the error message "a serious error occurred during download".
I will email BIMComponents as you suggested, But doubt that I will get a answer?
Note that 23 does have a internal copy of basin 23, which i placed into the new plan, I then copy/pasted it into 27 which worked OK. It seems the problem is entirely with BIMComponents?

I am assuming it is because there is no license set for that object.
I could be wrong, but others where it is set are downloading OK.
