Built in light fixture

Does anybody knows how to model this built in light sconce or light fixture?
I am attaching a sketch for you to see what I need, I wanted to attach a picture but the attachment window it doesn't let me
I want to insert it in a wall and make the detail,

When I did this I selected the two elements in the floor plan
then hit the F4 key. On a Mac this key opens the 3D window
with only the items selected in plan showing. I then saved the
contents of the 3D window as an object.
