I don't think that there is anything integral to AC that will create clapboard profiles. I have been using composites to create walls with a core, drywall, and sheathing, then using cadimage accessories to add a clapboard wall accessory. This works well and adds the right profile/dimensions for sections and elevations.
Unfortunately, it isn't free and I don't think it works with educational versions if that's what you're using...
