Custom Section Markers

Within the section marker tool, one of the marker options is "load other section marker....". When attempting to select another section marker, none of the .gsm parts are selectable. What is it looking for and how does one create a selectable custom section marker?

I'm no GDL expert Tom, but I believe the gsm part has to be of the 'Marker' Sub Type. Hit the Select Subtype... button in the Object's dialog.
