Jay,
It will do no good to edit the wa_trim_us_10 macro because it is
called and parameters passed to it by the door or window you are using.
So, you are stuck checking the parameter settings of the door or window
to see if some setting is causing the error. Anything having to do with
pens would be a start but I have gotten this error with an object
that sets a pen to be the wall contour pen which is a pen between one
and two fifty five because it has to be.

Unfortunately the doors and windows are VERY complex bits and I don't recommend trying to repair them (the repair I made to that same wa_trim_us_10.gsm was an exception as it was a simple and straight forward bug). Your best bet may be to reset the offending parts to their default parameters (or known good parameters) and try adjusting them again.
