Displaying only the sink in a cabinet object?

I have a home builder that wants the plumbing to display on the foundation plan but they do not want the entire cabinet displayed (They have a separate lower floor development plan for that.)

Some of the bathrooms are ok because I model a vessel sink separately on top of the countertop and can display just the sink, but for a wet bar I model a standard ArchiCAD cabinet with undermount sink.

Is there an easy way to display only the sink of a cabinet object or do I have to try and create a graphic override to not display parts of the object? I wish you could just select the 2D edge visibility as 'all off'

No.

Again no, the Graphic overrides work on the entire element - can't be for just parts of it.

Model the sink separately as you did for the bathrooms.
