Hi,
It sounds like it is still a library problem. Go into the library manager and check the paths are correct. If necessary remove the previously loaded folders, and re add them from the correct locations. A screenshot of the library manager may be useful to us too.
Is there anything being reported on the library loading report? (Go to 'Window'>'Palettes'>'Library Loading Report' to open)

Hi,
Remove all the library and Add what you need again.
Your file lose the library. That why it shows dots at door/Window
