Only if you use the "Projected with Overhead" floor plan display.
But then you won't have the door swing as that is a symbolic line from the 2D script, and is not a 3D element, so it will not show.
If you know some GDL you could script the handles to show, but unless you know what you are doing I wouldn't even attempt it.
I doubt there is a setting in the objects to allow you to show them in 2D.
I don't use the default GS doors, but I just had a quick look at one and didn't see anything.
