Duplicate objects when working with two libraries (International and German)

I have the international version of archicad as I prefer to work in English but I have noticed that not all the parts are included in the international library (especially for doors and windows etc). Therefore I have also imported the German library which contains the additional library parts that I need.
Although this solves my initial problem and I now have the library parts I need this has created another problem that because many library parts are contained in both libraries I have many duplicate items.
Is there any way to solve this? Or should I just live with the error messages?

Place the object with GER library only - save to PLA, then open PLA and extract the library
Then load both libraries the extracted and the INT and see the duplicates so they can be removed from the extracted lib in the next step.
