I suppose GDL Adapter is not working with Autocad 2005 (according to Graphisoft it works only with 2000 and 2002), but maybe somebody has been successful.

The problem may be with ArchiCAD. The GDL adapter for autocad has yet to be adapted to work with AC8.1. You currently must create the library part in AC7 or earlier.
