Glazing not showing in garage door

I have a stock AC library garage door and have selected a panel with a row of windows and selected clear glass for the windows but they don't show. in fact another door panel from the library will only create very thin slit windows no mater how many panels i choose. something is amiss with these objects.

Take a look at Door Settings > Garage Door Settings > Door Settings and Openings > Model Attributes > 3D Detail Level, try setting this to "Full", or if it is set to "by MVO" then check the MVO settings. The 3D Preview may not account for the MVO setting.

It looks like the glass windows are placed only at the top of the door for these garage door panels, no option for top to bottom. You could create a custom panel.

Hi David,
for some reason the other pic attachments didn't attach. the widows show on the 3D preview, but do not show on the model in 3D. hopefully these have attached. the option for the number of glass panels per panel is greyed out and set to 5. there must be some reason why AC doesn't want me to change this, but it sure doesn't make sense. I did create a door but that was more work and redundant when there are objects supplied that should, but don't work.

for some reason it will only show one attachment, it accepted and uploaded two. anyway here is another object that clearly shows the windows in the 3D preview, but they do no exist in the model
