is it possible for the text in my Zone Stamp to respond to the graphic override text override in AC21?

What do You mean "respond"? You would like to sense if there is an override in progress? If so then no it is impossible as the purpose of the override is different - just overrides the visual/printable 😉

Out of curiosity why?
