Horizontal tolerance issue for windows and doors in composite wall

Hello everyone,
I am trying to create the custom window in the Library part maker, and when I insert it into the composite wall I get this problem with horizontal tolerance.
Does anybody know if there is a way to exclude this part from horizontal tolerance? I just want to apply it to Reinforced concrete..
