It should be the UI_DIALOG command in the Interface script.

But the Interface script looks empty when I opened. How to view the scripts.

That is why it says "Custom Settings" still.

Try adding this command ...

UI_DIALOG "Insert title here", 310,266

You can carry on and script a complete new interface if you want instead of having to use the parameter list.
