I swear I saw an object in which one of the parameters in the Parameters section had a box that popped out to the side that had a multi-line paragraph of instructions. Its purpose wasn't to let you select a value, it was just a set of instructions. Was I hallucinating, or is there a way to do this?

This is done by using the values command in the parameter script.
The text will display in a pop-up menu in the settings dialogue when the user clicks on the button.
