LOCKED STAIR PARAMETERS - NOT STAYING LOCKED

IM NOT SURE WHERE TO POST THIS - BUT I NOTICE IN V.19 THAT WHEN YOU LOCK CERTAIN PARAMETERS IN THE STAIR TOOL THEYD O NOT STAY LOCKED WHEN YOU CHANGE ANOTHER PARAMETER.

Could you provide step by step instructions?

Like:
1. I lock parameter A
2. I modify parameter B
3. Parameter A changes while still being locked
