Library loading report 'Stuck'

Hi there,
Whenever I open ArchiCAD the library loading report becomes 'Stuck' on screen with no x/close button showing. Even though I have no duplicates or missing attributes, even though it says I do... I have to go into Window show library report to remove...
Has anyone else had this, can it be fixed?
