Making a 2D object Stretch w/o stretching text

Anonymous
Not applicable
I've made a simple 2d symbol with editable text. Problem is the object needs to be stretched according to opening size. When I stretch it the text stretches with it. Is there an option to let the program know where to stretch the object. I need the text to be centered during stretch as well.

The code is at the bottom. When I made the symbol I also added a text contour line. This size stays the same regardless if there is more or less text. I need it to wrap with the text preferably with one or two spaces at the beginning and end of text. Here is a picture of what I'm working with.
