Pop-up menu not working- Not recognizing .txt file?

Trying to get a library called BruciCad(Aussies will know which one) working. It references to a text file for some of the library parts. Problem is that the pop up menus dont appear in, lets say, the tap object which should let me choose from a number of proprietory taps.

The .txt file is in the root Archicad folder, but the objects dont seem to find it.

I have got it working on some computers at work but not others, including mine.

I am running the latest Archicad and XP. Any advise would be much appreciated

put the text file in the archiBrucie library rather than the archicad directory . . . and don't forget to reload your libraries cobber.

Still no go. Have tried putting the txt file lotsa different places.

Here is part of the master script if that helps

INCVALUE=1
CH1=OPEN("DATA","B70GlobSet.txt","SEPARATOR='~',MODE=RO")
FOR COUNT1=7110.41 TO 7110.61 STEP 0.01

Also a screenshot of the object popup not working
