Reveal for Terrace Door

Just wondering if there is any way of creating a terrace door with a reveal. I've tried all possible settings in the terrace doors available, but the reveal option keeps inactive. In contrast to other windows / doors objects there's no Reveal / Wall Closure in the Settings dialog?

I use AC12 INT. These doors are listed as WINDOWS.

> ArchiCAD Library 12.lcf / Object Library 12 / 1.BASIC LIBRARY 12 / 1.2 Doors 12 / Terrace Doors.

The one thing strange is they have a cavity closure option twice, once in General Settings and once in a seperate Cavity Closure dialog. I would expect the one in General Settings to be Reveal / Wall Closure...

found it. (but why in the windows' library..........-.-)

it is strange to have that setting twice.

and i think the terrace door setting is enough for setting that door.

I think that setting is there twice for compatibility reasons.
The Reveals panel of the Dialog is the older one.
Then came with AC12 the Reveal/Wall Closure settings part of the Custom Window Settings panel. This is capable of a lot more different types of Reveals. The second from left option in this page is kind of the equivalent of the settings of the traditional Reveal. I think some Doors/Windows that are not part of the Standard Library will continue to use the old Reveal panel.

Laszlonagy,

I see your point but terrace doors (standard AC library!) don't have this "second from left option in this page" as ohter window and door types have...
I'm looking for the same - extended - panel as shown below.

What is the exact name of this Door?
Are you sure you are looking at an ArchiCAD 12 Door?
This image looks to me more like one from AC11.
This is how it looks for me in AC12 INT.

I just checked your first attached image: it is "Terrace Door 1 12.gsm".
Problem is I do not have such a Door in my INT AC 12 Library.
Could it be that your AC12 INT version is different from my AC12 INT version? I would doubt it. Strange.
Or, you have an INT version but the library is specific to your country.

Laszlo -

It's classed as a window, not a door! (As Angus Lee said)

AC12 library out of the box, as international as it can be, no localization

Reveal has always been a basic parameter, irrespective of on which place this has been categorised. Terrace doors seem not to have this capability.
