I think you need to adjust values in 3d script. I looks like values for equipment are fixed. So the size is not related to size of element.

Why not just model it from scratch, usually much quicker than modifying a library part to do something it was not designed to do.

If you need it for one or two projects I would also suggest making it by yourself.
If you need library element you need to do in 3D tab - as on screen. There are 3 sections there for different part of the field. You probably need to adjust values of PRISM its command drawing shapes in 3d. Values are coordinates of the following vertexes.
To modify view on plan you need to do same in 2d tab.
