Wall Accessories - Mouldings & Panels; Wainscoat

The Wainscot of the Wall Accessories - Mouldings & Panels is covering the bottom trim of my windows. The Side and top trim are displaying fine the trim thickness is 3/4" and so is the Wainscot. Changing the Wainscoat (spelling in ArchiCAD) Panel thickness to 5/8" fixes the situation, but I was curious why the bottom trim is "Walked-on" and the other trim pieces are not.
