Warning..."ArchiCAD will Load the corresponding editable library instead of the built-in library"

Hello -  I am getting this message (see attached) when first starting ArchiCAD - before loading an actual project, and then again when opening a project.  I am using a regular folder for custom GDL objects that is on a separate drive, but I removed it from the most recent projects at I still get it. So  really not understanding what it is referring to especially since it happens when no project is open, just the startup app.  Any help much appreciated!
