You need to work through all the settings in the parameter section of the window part. sometimes there is a option to turn off an element and other times setting a value to zero will cause it not to show. Look for (0-none) in the parameter settings. Sometimes this is obscured if the parameter name is to long and will show if you resize your settings dialog box. These settings can vary with how the library part is scripted but have become more consistent. You might also look in the custom settings section.
